During these season, Vitium Student flats have a special illusion. To give the best accommodation to students from all over the world, makes us feel especially sensitive because it’s the time when they leave to meet their families. And then they come back with many things to tell!

Soon the 2017 will end and we will welcome 2018, another year to start all kinds of projects, and so that all the staff that takes care of our four luxury student flats in Madrid will return, with renewed strength, to offer a great service to our students so they can focus on what really matters: their studies.
And the fact is that the students who stay in our rooms come from far away to fulfill the dream of studying at one of the prestigious universities of Madrid, and to procure a bright future for their professional development.
TAKING STOCK OF 2017 …
But before giving a slam to 2017 and embracing the year that starts, in Vitium Residences we want to take stock of what this year has meant.
As every year, we have seen the end of one academic year and the next. We have seen how our students lived all kinds of experiences, they learned to live together and to take responsibility for their things. In short, we have witnessed a unique experience in their lives that has helped them mature and acquire responsibilities!
And as regards this small space on the Internet, as a kind of intangible extension of our facilities, where we welcome students interested in the topics on which we publish, and also future students who wish to learn from our advice, We can´t say more than thank you for your excellent reception.
Our blog was born in the last quarter of 2016, and immediately had a great impact. But it has been without doubt during this year 2017 when we have seen the fruits of our work, publishing interesting topics for students; useful and fun articles about university life; tips to have a pleasant and enriching coexistence with other guests in our residences; courses … and many other things.
In fact, the last of our publications deals specifically with the best articles of 2017 in our blog.
To all those people, students or not, who have come and congratulated us for the usefulness of the information we share, thanks for following us!
